The Wes John Band features some of Chicago’s best musicians performing a wide variety of modern musical styles including Rock, Pop, Jazz, Soul, Country and Funk. For nearly ten years, parties in and around Chicago have been dazzled by the rich vocals, tight sound and lively play list of The WJB.

Members of the Wes John Band have played with many national acts including Ray Charles, Maceo Parker, Junior Wells, War, Smashing Pumpkins, Guster, Umphrey’s McGee, Ziggy Marley, Poi Dog Pondering, Filter and many, many more.

We pride ourselves on our musicianship and our ability to adapt to your event. In regard to first dances, they’ve become one of our specialties.
